Each IZEL piece is made-to-order or produced in limited quantities.
Once your order is confirmed, our artisans begin preparing it with the highest care.

  • Processing Time: 3 – 7 business days (depending on the product and customization).

  • During peak seasons or special collections, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

We proudly ship from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to customers worldwide.

UAE 3 – 5 business days
GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar) 7 – 10 business days
International (USA, UK, Europe, Asia, etc.) 10 – 15 business days

3. Shipping Charges

  • UAE Orders: Free shipping on all orders.

  • GCC & International Orders: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

  • Occasionally, we offer free global shipping promotions — stay updated by subscribing to our newsletter or following @izel.official on Instagram.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and courier details.
You can use this information to monitor your package’s journey in real time.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

IZEL cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If your order is returned to us due to a delivery failure, re-shipping fees will apply.
