FAQs for IZEL

1. What makes IZEL jalabiyat different?

Every IZEL piece begins with a hand-drawn artwork and is embroidered by skilled artisans using crystals, pearls, fine threads, and couture stitching techniques. Each design is crafted slowly and intentionally — never mass-produced.

2. Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes. We ship worldwide.
Orders above AED 2,000 / USD 800 receive free international shipping.

3. How does “Send Your Fabric” work?

You choose your fabric, send it to us, and our team creates a bespoke embroidery design based on your preferences. We share artwork approvals and embroidery previews before completing your jalabiya.

4. How long does a custom embroidery order take?

Depending on the complexity of the design, custom pieces typically take 2–4 weeks. Intricate couture pieces may require 5–6 weeks.

5. Can I request changes to a design?

Yes. We offer personalized modifications such as color changes, embroidery adjustments, neckline edits, and sleeve preferences — before production begins.

6. Do you offer urgent orders?

We try our best to accommodate urgent requests.
Please contact us with your required date, and our team will confirm availability.

7. Can I see the embroidery before the final stitching?

Absolutely. We share WIP (work-in-progress) photos and videos so you can approve your embroidery details before final assembly.

8. What size options do you offer?

All IZEL jalabiyat can be tailored to your exact measurements.
You may also request XS–XXL standards if preferred.

9. What is your return or exchange policy?

Because each piece is made-to-order or custom embroidered, we do not accept returns.
However, alterations and corrections are available if needed.

10. Can I visit your studio or see samples?

We currently work through our online studio, but you can request close-up photos, videos, or virtual consultations anytime.
